Hoping for some touching this week

Hi fellow February filers,

I made it to the February list!! I sent in my packet on Feb 26, and was able to see my case was entered in the system and NOA1 sent on Feb 28, 2007. Probably among the last few February filers.

Now its just sit back and wait...lets hope we all get lucky really quick.

I hate being an impatient person. I'm still waiting for my NOA1, which I know is not overdue, but it's still making me nervous!!

Shannon and I found out that the London Embassy recieved our packet from the NVC on the March 2nd ......... Yay Packet 3 must be on its way very soon now and will get the fastest turn around in history.

It's going to be a long wait so better reserve your patience After 1-2 months of waiting, you will start to feel the pressure and anxiety

I guess it's a lot to ask that they load balance between the service centers...with VSC cranking out NOA2's in 3 weeks and CSC in 3 months it would seem to be a no brainer to do so, then again common sense is a most uncommon commodity anymore, government services are no exception.

How do you know when the consulate receives your package? Mine should be sent off to the embassy soon. So it'll be good to know

i got a touch though. maybe i wasn't on the same desk as you but they moved me over there. haha

as long as i get approved, and the NOA2 in the mail by march 21st i'm all set. i'm going to see my fiance then and i would reallllllllllly like to bring him all the paperwork instead of mailing it again.

but, of course, i'd rather just get approved TODAY. with no RFE's. i seem to worry about the RFE thing a lot. a few iffy things about my package i worry they will care about or not.

I wonder whose desk I'm on! Been touched three times so far, must like moving me!

Yeah, I worry about my package, too. Although, since my status has been the same since 2/22, it seems like they haven't even looked at it yet.

I think you can bring him the paperwork in March anyway, even if you don't have the NOA2. You should be able to do the forms in advance, or at least do as many as you can, and bring them to him. I won't see my fiance until the end of May and I hope I won't have to wait until then for my NOA2.

Hiya again to my new comrades the Feb. Filers I've been away with work for a few days..anyway I have a question. I'm thankful yes that I got my Visa approved, but I still haven't gotten the hard copy that is supposed to have guidelines on what to do next. I got the email saying it was approved on Mar 1st, so I'm not sure if there's a lapse between the approval and them actually mailing it out or what.

Anyway, do you all have any idea of what's going to happen next?
