Am I supposed to tell immigration about my change of address or it doesn't matter?, if I have to , please tell me how .

If I lose my green card, how do I replace it and who do I contact to let them know ?

Thanks guys.

To change address file form AR-11(within 10 days of moving)

If you lose your Greencard file form I-90 (with fees)

Hope that helps

the US sponsor also has to send in an address change form, which is I believe form I-865 er summat. Both forms should be sent to the new district office of the are you're moving to, as well as the district office for where you're moving from. If you're in the same district, you only need to send one. Plus the AR-11 original needs to go to Kentucky IIRC.

Does the sponsor need to send a form (I-865) even after the green card is received?

yep, until the sponsored person has either become a citizen, can be credited with 40 quarters of work (roughly 10 years), departs and abandons legal residency, or is held in removal proceedings.

here's the form with the instructions http://uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/files/I-865.pdf
