Regarding the affidavits letter, what's the format? should we also put the letter writer's social security number or address and telephone only? also should this letter be typed and the writter only sign at the bottom or she has to handwrite it?

I would think it should be typed, that is what I plan on doing.

Are relatives ok to write the letters, or non-relatives only?

I got one from my neighboor, other from sister in law, and other from my husband's co worker who have been here in several occacion.

all were typed...
