I have been reading about how to fill out this form, checked out the example, and now I need confirmation on something before moving forward...
Form I-134. Question #10. That I have submitted a visa petition to USCIS on behalf of the following persons. If none, state none. (Name, Relationship, etc.)
I am NOT the sponsor of my fiance. And, presumably, the sponsor is filling out this form. The sponsor is not the one who has submitted the petition for my fiance, rather I AM. So I want to put "NONE" there, right?
Wanted confirmation on that before wasting more paper and trashing another form... THANKS!!
