My husband received his EAD card on Monday. The middle initial of his name is wrong. What do I need to do to get it corrected or should we just wait until he get his Green Card and have it corrected then?

You should call them and tell them the mistake. If you do it now then hopefully the green card will have the right name on it.

I called them and they told me that I had to send in another I-765, the fee and the EAD card and after they investigate it, they will send back my money if it was their fault. I know it's their fault, but that don't mean anything when it comes to immigration.

get it corrected but that is just crazy having to pay the fee all over again, even if you do get it back.

Estimated chance of you getting the money back: 0%.

If you are sure that it is their mistake, I advise you call them again. Please dial 1-2-6 to directly speak to the customer service rep. Some of them are really nice and helpfull if you expalin the situation.

Similar thing is happened to me. After talking to several, finally I had chance to talk to the right person. Eventhough, the others telling me to do the application again, he was agree that it was their mistake and within few days I received the approval.
