My fiancee in Kiev is gathering documents anticipating their need in Kiev. She can't find her inoculation records from childhood on.

My guess is that they are not needed, but I wish to ask those more informed.

I'll answer my own post... Packet 4 instructions state:

"• Vaccination chart with the seal of the issuing clinic (mandatory for immigrants, optional for K visa applicants)"

Yes but you will want them later for AOS, so if she can get them it is better.
