If someone would'nt mind I would appreciate some verification on what exactly to do once she recieves packet 3.
If I understand it, she fills out OF 290 sends that in with the checklist and they schedule an interview? At what point does she need the D 156, I134 and all the translated docs?
Does she have to have the medical appointment ahead of getting an interview date or can she do it in the meantime?
thanks.

It looks like you have it right. The one form is sent in after receiving Packet 3, the others are brought to the interview. I understand that the medical can only be done only after receiving the Embassy letter contained in Packet 3. Don’t worry – clear instructions should be sent with Packet 3!

For more info, in case you haven’t seen it already, click on “Embassy Info” at the top of this page. Then click on “T” for Thailand. Then click on “US Embassy Bangkok, Thailand Information” for info on the Packets and what to send in. Also check out “Feedback and Ratings for Bangkok Thailand” for info from people who have had interviews there.

Good luck! good.gif
