In my timeline I put that I'm filing for CR1, but when I look at my posts on the left it says I'm filing for K-3. Is there another place I'm supposed to indicate that it's CR1 to get it to show up?

You've got to go to My Controls --> Edit Profile Information
There's a field to choose which immigration benefit you're working on. It's not automatically connected to the timeline.
