Just out of curiosity, when did your case get approved with the ucsis? did you get the letter that they forwarded your petition to the NVC?
RIMASH
yes. i did receive the approval letter from CSC on 1/22/07.

RIMASH,

The customer service people may get updated in a different way than the automated system gets updated.

There seems to be a lag between when things happen at the NVC and when the automated phone system actually updates. Try to give it another day - and don't worry too much yet smile.gif

Thanks Riblet always for your good replies................ yes.gif

RIMASH,

If the customer service said they have it, then I wouldnt worry too much. I have had an experience where the system said one thing and the customer reps corrected it. Not to my benefit, but in this case it worked out for you! If you spoke with someone that can SAY that they received your case, then you have no worry about the auto systems delay. The system updates at it's own pace, and is subject to error. Congrats on getting to this stage and good luck with the rest of the process!!!

The automated system is updated only once a week so if you missed the cutoff, you could be waiting up to a week before it appears.
