I still dont have my visum, my interview went fine but they couldnt give me the visum right away, and would call if ready in less than ten days.
I called friday, that was 10 days ... and the lady said it looked fine but she needed the consul to be there and so asked me to call back monday morning.
I called monday morning but the consul wasn't there so they wrote down so she'd call me today at the afternoon.
They didn't so I called them and the consul already left at 4'45pm.

That makes 14 days of waiting. I plan to go physically to the embassy tommorow, because nothing seems to happen with my phone calls.

Is this normal at all? :\

I'd have your fiance call the embassy and first request to speak to the supervisor of who ever answers the telephone, then tell the supervisor, (should be an American), that you want to speak to the Consul General, (get the name first), and register a complaint.
