I received a letter from Ukkraine US Embassy and Moscow USCIS. On January 30th, all previously approved I-130 petitions HAVE been sent to Moscow via FedEx. Moscow will perform background checks and assign USCIS #. They will be processed in order of interview date, in otherwards, January 23rd will be processed first. After approval on background check, they will be sent immediately back to Kyiv to reschedule a new interview. No timelines are given.

Congratulations! Sounds like you will be done before long! At least among the first to finally get through this process. Best of luck!
