She called and they accepted fax of 1722. Queued and waited 3 hours again today and got PINK!!!!!!! Yeah. Visa will pick up at Feb 2, 2006. Thank everybody on your inputs and advice.

I have a transcript but in case it is questioned, how do I obtain the 1722 for myself liek you had faxed ???

When I look at the IRS government site and do a search I am only offered a complete copy of the tax return ( 39 $ ) or a transcript. No where is the term 1722 or FAX option shown
