Hello I'm hoping someone can help me. My friend here in Canada filed the paperwork for her USC and her husband (Canadian) to move to the States and she mentioned that she thought the DS-3032 Agent of Choice form had to be submitted before the I-130 form to estabish an address in the US where all the paperwork will be mailed to. But I cant' find this form on the US immigration website. Do they send the form to you to complete or is she even correct about me having to sent this form? I'm a US citizen in Canada and wanting to move back to the States with my Canadian wife and getting ready to file the I-130 form.

thanks

DS-3032 is sent to the beneficiary BY the Nat'l Visa Center/NVC. You don't get it on your own.
It will be sent out after the I-130 is approved and forwarded to the NVC.

Be sure that you look at the new 'special instructions' regarding where to submit your I-130.
