Full Version: DS-157 In Casa Docs
Tonight my fiancee and I were going through his packet for his interview (now scheduled on the 22nd of February). He scanned the entire package and emailed it to me. We noticed that there is a DS-157 in it, in French. It has an expiration date in the top right hand corner of 06/30/2002. His instruction sheet is just like everyone else has posted here; it asks for the DS-156, 156-k, part 1 of the DS-230. Has anyone ever gotten a form in the package by mistake? Should I call or email them about this, or just write it off as human error? Thanks again in advance for any and all help!

He will need the 157. I am not sure about the experiation date. it might be the latest form and thus the expiration date will not matter.
