Hello everyone. I sent my petition to TSC early this tmonth and already received NOA: I-797C on Jan 19. However, I haven't received a biometrics receipt. Does it always take this long? I thought I should receive it with I-797C or a few days later but it has been a week.

Also, they sent me two I-797C. I don't know why. Did you guys get two I-797C? I thought that they might mistakenly print it twice instead of print one I-797C and one biometrics. Any thought? I was going to try and call customer service this monday.

Our biometrics receipt came a few days after. Sometimes it takes a little longer. I wouldn't flip out about it - wait another week or so before you drive yourself nuts. This stuff takes time, so a week or two after you sent in you rinformation is not out of the ordinary, and nothing else is going to happen anyway. The more important thing (I-797C) was received....good luck!
