Hi everyone, I would like to find out if anyone has obtained police records from China and if they can issue a record for F visa ( multiple entry type ) as well? Many thanks!!

Your best option is to get a lawyer in the city you need the police records from. I will be living in guangzhou for 2 years begining May 07.
That probably is too late for you, but the people I spoke with on the phone over there were of the opinion that foreigners are unable to gain access
to Public Security Bureau records. If you know someone that speaks Putongua (Mandarin) they can call about forms to obtain F visa records. Please
remember that this is China and the speed of government is sloooooooow. Good Luck.
