i did not file the i-130 for the step-child at the time of filing i-130 /k3 for my wife.my intentions were to file for the child when and of course if their k/3-k/4 visas are approved.does any one know of an example of i-130 for the daughter.how could i possibly use the information for my wifes i-130 to address this or does some one have an example they can show me with personal info omitted of course.any and all ideas and suggestions greatly appreciated.im definately pursuing the k/3-k/4 route if at all possible or prudent.thanks everybody here, for all the help on this site.

You fill in the I-130 for the child in just the same manner as you did for your wife.

You will not need photos....or the G325A..... you will need the childs birth certificate and a copy of your marriage certificate that proves the marriage to the childs mother.

married2006,

No appology necessary. As for myself, I was simply trying to point out the obvious - all of the information on the form is personal information to some extent.

I really fail to see what you could learn from seeing my form for my step-child. For the most part it looks identical to the form I did for my wife, except that his personal information is different from hers.

I sent in I-130s for my wife and my two new 9 year old twins all in the same envelope. All three were full packets, fairly identical in set up. Only differences really was parents and that the 9 year olds dont have much of a work history (lazy punks).
