Greetings again. I am ready to send off my I-864's to the NVC and my DS-230 is on it's way to us here in the Phils. My question is this:
Do I need to wait for my co sponsor to receive his 2006 returns before I send the packet in? I have been in the Phils all year so I don't have any 2006 taxes to send in.
My reasoning is that it is so early in the year yet. Is there a deadline for these to reach NVC without an 06 return?

I'll reply anyways but it's not necessarily to send the 2006 ITR. NVC or the US consulate would understand since the deadline to file is April 15.Orimai
