It must just seem like lots happens when it's someone else's month. I did some playing around with the timeline search and it seems - if I did it correctly - that about 36% of Jan, CSC filers have received their NOA2s. I searched for how many Dec, CSC filers there were and how many of them had their NOA2s by March 23 (about a one-month corresponding offset), and they had only 43%. That's more, sure. But they had fewer filers with about the same actual number of NOA2s.
I don't think that makes me feel *better* per se, but like I said, when I get really frustrated, I like to play with the data to see if I can try to work some kind of voodoo mojo magic on the whole thing and make a data-crystal ball.
Doesn't seem to be working, but what the hell.
And to be clear - that's data for K1, Jan, CSC filers, compared to K1, Dec, CSC filers.

I'm getting antsy like everyone else. But it does help to know I'm not the only one waiting. I would be super concerned it there were a very small number of us waiting. I hope this week is better.
Random question, its been difficult for me to track the posts lately. I don't know if VJ changed they way posts are done or if I accidentally selected some option, but its harder for me to search through the posts. I can only view one response to a question at a time. Suggestions on how to fix this?

True, January NOA2's lag is not as bad as it appears. But there was an abnormal slowdown during the three weeks 4/1 to 4/21. If you calculate the days between January's NOA1s that have not received NOA2s yet, the wait has increased about ten calendar days. I did this a couple days ago, so this is an estimate: December's NOA1s waited an average of about 79 days for their NOA2s. January's NOA1s waited about 82 days for their NOA2s. There is little increase from December's NOA1s, only three days. However, if you calculate the days from January's NOA1s without NOA2s yet, to April 23(today), the average is about 89 days.

Reese16: at the top of the forum (left side) is an "options" drop down menu. Select Standard to view all of the responses in a row. What you are seeing now is the outline.

Look for the button "Options" near the top of the page. It is actually a dropdown menue that should allow you to select the Display Mode "Standard"

Hello all
First let me wish you luck, hope you all get approved tomorrow!!!
As a early january filer, I got lucky on April 5, 2007. But your right something is going on, all the people regardless of when they file (K1 or K3) that got NOA2 around last few days of March up thru April are still waiting for NVC to show they have recieved anything from CSC. If you check Vermont..No problem.. 2-5 days receipt time. But from CSC there are people entering 4th week and still no indication from NVC of receipt. Yet just a week before (3rd week of March NOA2 recipients) show 4-8 days consistently from CSC to NVC receipt. Something fishy here.....for all CSC related activities.

touched...
and email notification that our RFE was received today at CSC (it actually got to them last Tuesday morning) and they have resumed processing our case....said we should be notified within 60 days of the decision. At least there is a sign of life at CSC this week. Hope to hear some good news this week from you all....and hope to share some more good news with you soon.

Sorry 6th Nephilim. I was going by 7th Nephilims timeline which has a 2/2 NOA1. Nevertheless hope you get your approval fast.
Thanks! Yeah, I guess we both mistakenly put when we received it in the mail instead of when it was issued. Should be fixed now, and give you all some new numbers to compute.
My NOA1 date is also January 26. I hope I get a "tickle" soon, and your touch leads to you getting your NOA2/approval quickly! And my file is next, just under yours

Got another touch today! Two days in a row. Hope that means something good!
We are in the process of shipping everything from Munich, Germany to Seattle and our house is a disaster zone.

The movers show up tomorrow morning at 8 am to load the container. Really want my Sweetie to come home to some good news after all the stress of waiting and packing and planning a wedding.
Its gonna suck being separate for 2 months or more. We have never been apart more then 2 weeks!
Come on CSC....sending some postive thoughts to whomever has our file in front of them!!!

I got touched Friday, Monday and today already
WHAT THE HELL DOES THIS ALL MEAN
you are about to receive an approval!!!!!!!!!!!
would they touch my body this much and say no?
WOULD THEY TOUCH ME AND SAY NO
SOMEONEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE HELP ME

Help you with what? Keep waiting. A touch means they are either going to approve you, send you an RFE or - less likely - deny you. But you just can't tell until something happens. And there's no guarantee you'll hear anything else within a specific amount of time.
Sit tight! No one really wants to be waiting, but we have to. I'm about to bash my head into a wall out of frustration, personally. But not much to do.

Let me share an almost daily experience that I believe some if not all have experienced.
Everytime i'm away from the computer for hours in the day. I return and open my email box, and I see that I have 4 or 5 emails, yet I do not know who they are from until I click the 'inbox' tab. Well when I see the 4 or 5 pending unread emails, my heart stops. I lose my breath in hope that those are the automatic emails from USCIS saying that I have been approved. Yet, my hope is totally wrong and I live the big let down once again. Man, its so nerve wrecking right now.
Does this happen to any of you??
