I have a question that I know is answered elsewhere, but it may be of benefit to repeat the basics here. Once the NOA2 is received, what can the petitioner and beneficiary have ready to immediately submit? That is, what can be completed in advance, so that there is no wasted time after the NOA2 acknowledges "I-129f Approved" ??

I'm really excited to see these January filers getting NAO2s. CSC is finally up and running again

ATTENTION: This is our time!

Scott and Yoana just received their NOA2. They are January CSC filers, but more importantly, they have a NOA1 date of 1/13/07. Any of us can receive the NOA2 at anytime now!!

Good Morning. Here is what we have so far. There are at least 2 NOA2's not on the timeline.

January ALL 20/80 = 25%
January CSC 2/46 = 4%

December ALL 90/109 = 83%
December CSC 43/57 = 75%

I noticed that you repeatedly under-report the CSC cases. This is the K1 board (hint, hint).

I'm keeping track of you guys because I'm an early February filer and CSC has been processing all petitions at the same rate.

No I report only K1's. It is quite simple to choose K1 Option only on the timeline search. (hint hint)

Don't be a smart ###. Do some more reading on the K1 board to find out why you keep under-reporting the number of K1 cases at the CSC.

well, the USC&I website shows an update on 3/28/2007 for our application with an original K-1 NOA1 date of 1/8/2007, but when I go to my hotmail account which we registered with the service for email notification, the MSN mail server is down.

You know the first time I did a fiance visa in 2000 there was no system to look at your case, and you just waited to get a postal letter. Somehow I could just put it out of my mind and then in the box it was like surprise.

Now I look at that case update way too much and it is driving me crazy. HAHAHAHAHAAHAHAH.

Not saying I want to go back to the old style, just looking at it humorously as I stare down at the page and try to will it to change to "Approved" hahahaahahahaah.
