what is AOS fee bill?
what is DS 3032 ?
what is "Choice of agent" about?
what is ASO bills and why does it need to go to STL?

i have filed 130 and 129 for my wife which one to accept?

For I-130
AOS bill means Affidavit of Support bill, it is the I-864 Bill you have to pay this so that NVC can send you the I-864 forms and instructions
DS 3032 is Choice of agent form which your wife will fill-up, she may choose you as her agent to received the bills and forms, this can also be done by e-mailing NVC when it has been generated
Typo on ASO it's also the AOS, all the payments is sent to St. Louis, MO
