I have friends trying to call the US Embasy In Manila, but it will not allow them to get thru. Is there something going on there that is keeping them from getting thru that anyone knows, and this is not the first time I have heard of this in the last 2 days . something having to do with the court case going on there with the Military. If anyone knows, can you please let me know, and let me pass this on to everyone.
They changed addresses and the Packet 4 was sent to the past address and now cannot find it, and want to contact the embassy to find out what to do, or how to get a new Packet 4. Please help if you can, I will relay this if anyone knows. Thanks and God Bless

When calling from the US, dial 011-63-2-528-6300 ext. 5184 to reach Lorraine.
Request a new packet from the embassy and have it delivered to St. Lukes hospital. The fiancee can pick it up and undergo the medical at the same time if she so chooses.
