How much time do we have from I-129F NOA2 approval till the time that we must schedule an interview with the consulate?

Thanks for your response! I should have looked at the NOA2 more closely before asking this dumb question.
Anyway, does this mean my wife must complete the interview before the validity date, or just submit all paperwork and get a schedule?
Also, how can we get this extended?
