Hi guys...can i email NVC to notify them that i change my adress or i need it to mail at the post office

Not sure what the process is, but try calling the NVC at 603-3340700 talk to a live person and ask them. You may also want to consider getting your address changed at USCIS. I read on the USCIS website, that you can do the change of address on-line through their website. Though I don't think that will update your records at NVC.

Please post on here what you find out.

yes you can or call them. my wife has 2 addresses since she sometimes goes home to her parents' house. we initially used her parents' address but decided to use the address in makati since the other address was in the province. all she did was call and they updated her record. now the proper way of changing your address is filling out an AR-11 form. takes a couple of weeks though.
