How badley does reciving an RFE set you back with your EAD. They say that they wont continue processing the EAD until they have the RFE back, after they recive the RFE do they restart the count or what????

WE got an RFE for our AOS case but never heard about it until we went in for an interim EAD. We had to write the NBC to find out what the RFE was for. After we sent in the evidence it took about 4 weeks for the EAD to be approved.
