Hi everyone...

Well, it's only within these few days did I learn to pull up my case (I-129F).
My Notice Date - NOA1 was 01/12/2007, when I pulled my case this past
week it was listed as 01/18/2007 - assuming that I was touched.

I was planning to check the status of my case mid of next week, but I could
not resist. Checked this evening aaaand BAM! The date has changed to 01/20/2007.

If the change of date means that my case is being touched/worked on/ looked at...
does this imply that they also work on weekends for 01/20/2007 was a Saturday?

Thanks,

It happened to me before smile.gif

My understanding was that the IT guys update things on Saturday evenings, but nobody that I know of knows for sure smile.gif

I see.... that is a great explanation!
As long as it is a legit 'touch'.... sounds terrific! kicking.gif

Thanks Sandy for your help! It's great to receive guidance... good.gif

Yep, we've had an update on a weekend too. I've read others saying they've had updates on holidays as well.

At times - this journey is just too confusing.... blink.gif

Glad to help. smile.gif It looks like your I-129 is in Chicago now. You can expect your petition to get transferred to Missouri and then on to the California where it will actually be processed.

I received touches on all our pending cases on 1/20/07 as well.

My I-129F was touched on 01/20/2007 as well
Asamu
I have gotten touched 4 times and not email or snail mail indicating that my I129F is being
sent out to CSC (California) - is this normal - 4 times wacko.gif GRrrrrrrr!!! sad.gif

This journey truly dosen't have a real pattern - some cases are touched twice and their status
change - some are touched 4 times and the status is still the same... crying.gif

Our I-129F was approved last Friday (the 19th) but we were touched again on the 20th... the last update was showing as the 19th well into Saturday, then changed to the 20th at some point.

So... yes, you can!
