Im confused. I read on a VJ page that the DS-156 and 7 are not to be signed until you are at the interview in front of the immigration officer-but this was for the K-1 Visa, nothing said about the K-3, we are going for a K-3 Interview . On another website it says nothing about waiting to sign anything. The packet that Marie received which has the DS156 and 7 in it also says nothing about signing such forms in front of the interviewer. Can anyone shed some light on this for me please-Thanks.

GarynMarie, your wife will need the 156 form when she goes to the bank and to the doctor. She will need to fill it out, but not sign it until she is instructed to do so by the consular officer. Its really not a complicated form, but its very important in the process. Good luck.
