I have a question about the barcode on the 156k... I know if you download it, you will get a barcode. I was wondering if the 156k that comes in packet #3 has a barcode as well? Should we use one hats been downloaded or the one that came in packet #3???

I think you have the DS-156 and the DS-156K confused. The DS-156 must be downloaded electronically. Once the information is entered, the barcode is generated. This does not apply to the DS-156K as it has no barcode.
