got home from swimming this morning to find Packet 4!!

Interview is on 9th Feb at 8.30 am, 3 weeks time!

Ok...now Im nervous..
just glad its on a Friday, as I dont think Ill be in any state to go to work the next day, with the size of the hangover, Ill be having.

Heres to everyone still waiting, I hope others got theirs today too.
If not, it'll be soon..
Think the reason, we got it rather early is that my I129f was due to expire on 16th Feb,
Id put down our wedding date as June, and time to leave Uk, as April, if anyones interested.

Anyone know how to extend the Noa, as ours expires on Feb 16 as well and don't you need an unexpired one to apply for AOS??

We still haven't gotten our interview date...

I emailed the embassy about our expiration of the I129 F.
They replied saying that if an interview date hadnt been booked in time that all I would have to do, is that if my 129F had expired by the interview date, I would have to furnish my interview with a new Letter of Intent (notarised ) by my fiance. Thats all.

Apparently stating that nothing had changed and that he still intends to marry me within 90 days upon arriving in the US.

Id give them an email to check, they actually responded wihtin 24 hours to that enquiry so I reckon its a straight forward one.

I really hope you guys get your interview before that though.
Looking at trends, hopefully this weekend the postman gives you what youve been waiting for.

All the best and Ill be sending posty vibes to the embassy for you this Thursday, thats the day they dealt with mine, for me to recieve the letter on Saturday.

Also, out of interest, I sent my forms back in November, but they didnt input my details until the checklist was received.

If we all send processing vibes, surely theyll bring yours out from the pile, eh?

oooh chloe! Our interview is the day before yours! Feb 8! I arrive in the UK on the 11th, of course! (already had booked my flight) Good thing I fly in on a Sunday as Pjc will have to wait at his flat on Saturday just in case his Visaed Passport arrives...also we can't plan anything for Valentines as we don't know how long it will take for the passport & packet to arrive. I think he is going to request (and pay extra) for an earlier delivery time so we don't have to wait all day.
There is a site somewhere. If anyone wants to know more, send a message to PJC1973. He sent me site links earlier.

Ok, also, anyone know when they deliver the passport and the mysterious Packet. What do you do? Is it written clear, DO NOT OPEN THIS. Is there like two packages where you open the main one and have the passport & the Do Not Open package?
