Would my hubby have to go back to Israel while we apply for the i-601?

But could you post your timeline that way someone who has more knowledge can better assist you.I know of some who have waited out their waiveres here but I can't remember why.My husband was ewi and he had to be in Mx throughout the waiver process.He has been there 2 years already.Good Luck
