I called the USCIS 800# earlier today, I was told that if a petition was already sent before this new form became availabe, that they wouold honor the form. I am concerned becaus, I filed my petition on Jan 11th and have yet to receive a NOA1 or any other reccognition that my form is being processed. I was told; if no receipt or e--mail was sent after 15 days to call back. At that point a form to resend NOA1 and or receipot would be submitted.

The problem with that is some people that filed after me have received their NOA1 and this makes me worryv ohmy.gif .

Hopefully they will do the right thing and honeor the previoulsy filed petitions good.gif .

Waiting in Limbo wacko.gif

According to the timelines I see only one person who sent in their application on the 11th and got an NOA on the 17th.... but they also sent it directly to the California Service Center. For us who sent it to Nebraska or Texas, we'll have to wait a few days longer, since they foward it to California :/ Anyway, don't worry!

I am still a bit concerned about the I-129F thing. I mean, we all know that the application is not available online... But do they? Customer service at least does not seem to know whats going on really... the information they are giving seems to be based on the information on the website. I guess its pretty much out of our control though, but I'll be very bitter if they reject our application because of their disorganization.

A screen shot is worth a thousand emails.

I had the new one come up after updating my version of Adobe and printed it out immediately. Now I get the May 06 form, even after re-clearing cache, cookies, history.
I'm now glad it took a while to get my certified copies for birth certificate, divorce decree, etc
But now I wonder if we should send BOTH forms to them! wink.gif

helpsmilie.gif hi people. we got our whole application mailed back to us, that it has been rejected. i checked out the dates at the upper right of our I-129F and its expiration date is on 01/31/2010, i even checked the G325-A and the expiration is on 5/31/09, i know theres nothing wrong cus we got the latest forms. the thing is, it was sent back to us as is with a letter from the uscis stating that it has been rejected. we are wondering why didnt they sent an explanation for the rejection. are we suppose to receive another letter from them thru mail with regards to the reason why they rejected our application?

pls..does anybody here who encountered the same thing? help us. helpsmilie.gif
