hi guys,

can somebody help me clarify some confusions about my ticket and passport name... i bought my ticket in my maiden name since i havent renew my passport carrying my married name. my problem is the airline release the ticket only in my first name,no second name printed on the ticket.. wil this gonna be an issue or confuse the airline and the immigration?

Most Americans don't use their middle name with things like that, as long as first name and last name matches you should be fine.

Immigrations will be looking at your green card and passport and are not concerned with your airline ticket, so that too wont be a problem.

It is recommended to have a copy of your marriage certificate with you to show the name change between passport, and green-card.

If you don't have green card yet you will need AP in order to travel out of the country.
