My husband has received the packet 3 for the K-3 visa. However, our I-130 was also approved. If we choose to abandon the K-3 route and go for the CR-1, should he be completing the paperwork in the packet that he received to save time until the NVC approves completes the I-130 case, or is the packet that is sent to him for the immigrant visa require completely different documents?
