Im filling my ss application and question number 3 ask:
US CITIZEN legal alien allowed to work legar alien NOT allowed to work other?
I just sent my AOS and EAD and as a K1 visa holder, what should be the right answer for this question?

1) Are you a US Cititizen? No
2) Are you a legal alien allowed to work? If outside the first 90 days after arrival then N0
3) Are you a legal alien not allowed to work? If NO to #2 then Yes

Be aware that the SSA will probably not issue your SSN if you are not EA until you are EA again.

I went to apply for my SSC today and the lady told us that my birth date is wrong in the USCIS system, they will take care of it, and that my SSC will arrive in one week with my maiden name, after it I could go back and change it for my married name.
I hope to get it soon as the lady say, now just have to wait.
