I met my husband online in the spring of 2001. We met in person in early 2005, and married. After that was the wink wink.

We married 2 months exactly after we met. And we met in person. In a bowling alley.

The third question... is that how long after we met or how long after we became a couple?

The answer to all the above is 2.5 years.

We met in person about 8 months after first meeting online back in 2002....

He asked me to marry him about 3 weeks after our first face to face meeting although we didn't get married until 2004...

1. Known through letters and phone calls (as she worked in RURAL taluk) for about 4 years before meeting in-person (I did not even take a proffered photo stretching Gen. 24:65 quite aways)
2. Unofficial engagement was decided almost on first letter receipt, notice given to my parents 2 months later (their 40^th--and last--wedding anniversary), official engagement ceremony after meeting in-person

Joel and I met 8 months after we met online. We became engaged a little over a year after we met F2F. The other...none of yore bizness.

Met face to face 9 months after being introduced online. Got engaged unofficially a year after that. Officially engaged(He wanted to ask my kids permission) 6 months after that. Bumping uglies? depends on how your counting.

WOW, this is a good one but to honest when we first started to talk it was to discuss marriage. We both where looking and my firend sid that his cousin was too and that thought we would be good together. So we talked and in about 1 week he asked me if I wanted to marry, I told him that I want to get to know him and at least see him first. I told him that maybe I can come in December and he was like no. Sooner, November, no sooner. It ended up being July when I went about 2 months after we egan to talk and I guess court. So about 1 week we had a relationship, 2 months meet face to face, I need a test dirve and then we got engaged right beofre I left. He gave me a box at the airport, before I left to go through customs and he said that I could not give it back. It was cute. But there was no official do you want to get married, we just discussed what we wanted and how we felt about things and when we thought it was good we said hey lets do this. But I think if Immgration falls us, June 2008 will be our date for marriage.
