I am trying to send a email to NVC to find the status of my Fiance's application, I tried nvcenquiry@state.gov but it is not going through. Is this the right email address?.

Try NVCINQUIRY@state.gov it is spelled with an I not an E.
Include CIS case number, and name + DOB of both beneficiary, and petitioner.
