Just an update...

My Vo calls the consulate every week (Wednesday). Last week they told her to call Mid-Jan and they would give her interview date for Feb.

Yesterday she called as usual and they told her that her name was not on the list for Feb. scheduling so she is to call back Mid-Feb to get her interview date for March.

Hang in there my friend. I was once a victim of this mind-game. Do not let it get to you.

Thank you for your support. Initially I was a bit depressed this morning when she told me. Since then, I have shook that off and am ready for more.

Hang in there Lurker. I know how you feel, but there is nothing you can do to change it. Just take the time to prepare even more for the interview and make your relationship even stronger. The time will come soon my friend.

I called and got almost the same responce you did...'call back next month.' The lady was rude as hell, I asked for her name but she refused to give it to me. I told her she could have at least gave me some satisfaction and made up some crazy ten surname responce. What can you do?

I emailed them about a week ago and got a response back last night that our interview is scheduled for Feb 12. Found out the the flight is gonna cost about 1400 bucks and I may not be able to book it.

Lurker, call the Consulate now to have the Interview date, I got it when I came to the Information Window to check today. Mine is on Feb 13, 2007.
