Can anyone tell me what the requirements are on the physical and what immunizations are mandatory? I know they have to have a check up before they enter the country but I need to know what they are

Immunizations are not mandatory for the K visas, but they will be required for adjustment of status.
Google form DS-3025, the Vaccination Documentation Worksheet, that will be one of the medical forms filled out by the Doctor at your visa physical to get a list.

As mention before, medical not required for K VISA's, just when your status is changed. Medical consists of full exam, vaccinations, x-rays, physical......
