Hello, I am working on figuring out which vaccinations that my fiance needs to get before the interview. I have the list of the ten necessary ones, and in Argentina 8 of them are free. The two that he needs are variccella and hepetitus. The are very expensive and I am just wondering if there is some way to not have to pay for them or if we get them done at the medical exam and they are free there. If so, we will wait for his interview, if not, we will just get all the vaccinations done now and out of the way. I hope that I put this in the right forum. Thankyou!

your fiance might not need all 10 vaccinations.. a lot of them depend on age....
like I think hepatitis is only needed if you are 19 and under....

I could be wrong but I didn't think that our fiances needed the vaccines to come to the U.S., but rather for their AOS when they arrive.
Maybe someone can clear this up.
My fiance also told me the doctor told him he didn't need all of the vaccines because of his age.

So, what is the age requirement for the Hepititus shots? My fiance is 25 and turns 26 in June.

Uh...am not sure about this. I've just had my vaccines from Jakarta, Indonesia. I'm 22 years old and I got these vaccinations : Hepatitis B, Tetanus, Influenza, and Polio. I was supposed to get MMR too but, the Doc said I should wait until my man and I both wear contraceptions so I won't get pregnant in within 6-9 months. He said if I get pregnant in within those period after getting MMR the baby could be impaired. So in Indonesia you're supposed to get 5 shots.
