Well, when i posted the message this mornign i was praying for EAD to come soon and just 10 min ago i checked my email and i received one from CRIS saying the following:

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On January 7, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION. Please follow
any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

So,,, Approval notice = Employment Card????

I'm waiting - I only have a couple more weeks until my 90 days is up on my temp authorisation... Come on USCIS, be nice for once.

I wonder what date is the INS processing right now. I am not sure as they have not updated the damn processing times since december 18th!

Waiting, yet not for very long. We don't expect to hear anything for a while.

waiting on my husbands second renewal...just sent it out yesterday so im in for a wait.

I am also waiting on EAD, I have my interview on Feb 07, hopefully they will not cancel it.

My husband's EAD has been approved and even emailed him that the card has been ordered and notice has been maild and this way back in August up to now he did not get anything his AOS still pending for name check since September. Dont know what to do anymore.

still waiting --- the hubby is getting frustrated.... he's been here five months now and we've been waiting on the EAD for three.

Still waiting too! It's only been 70 days since I filed but I still hope for that email every day. I had to quit my job when my k1 expired, if it wasn't for that job I would be going crazy with frustration right now.

still waiting and getting frustrated now with checking the online status every few hours It has been over 90 days since the orginal receipt date (oct 4 06)

Who here has been waiting for more than 90 days or waited for more than 90 days for the EAD card? Only reason i ask is that I'm trying to find people who've been waiting for a while and am curious to hear who and how you managed to get more information or resolved the issue.
