I know this is the wrong forum for this, but thought somebody may have an idea......

A friend of mine wants to know if he can apply for naturilization 3 months or 6 months prior to the full 5 years of becoming a permanent resident. In other words, he should be 5 years of PR in June of 2007. Can he apply now or do he have to wait till march (that is 3 months before). Any help will be highly appreiciated...
