Has anybody received a NOID letter after ur fiance was denied a visa ? How long did it take for it come to you ? Was your case revoked or it was sent back to the embassy after you explained why it shouldn't be cancelled. please share your experience.

Go to the MENA forum and read the thread recently started by Kiyah. She posted a lot of info there which you might find useful. Can't remember if it was Morocco specific or for denials in general.

What is going on with your case? Was it returned and if so why and how long ago? I think the ME/NA forum is a good place to post. I am waiting myself on some paperwork due to a returned petition.
