Hi again,

on the form 765 EAD it is asking for the manner of the last entry. I wrote K-1 visa is that correct? Then it asks for the current immigration status. My husband just came across 3 weeks ago and we married a week ago so what is his status?

I have one more question... On form 765 it talks about question 16 and whether to write A6 or A9 to the answer to that question. For those of you that have done this form, what did you write?
