Hello,

My mother in laws brother had filed I-130 for his siblings back in 2001 ( category F4 - Family based petitions). However, recently my father in law passed away, And we would like to bring my Mather in law here as early as possibe.

Does anyone have heard of any special cases or faster procedures for widow siblings of US Citizen?

If these route does not work out, we are going to try visitor visa for her due to my pregnancy.

I will greatly appreciate any help or advise.

No special case or faster procedure of which I am aware.
Boiler
Humaniterian Parole?

But I am not sure what this would have to do with her being widowed. She lives in India and so did her spouse?

Not sure where marital satus comes into the equation.

She will need to shown strong ties to India to obtain a Visitors Visa, a petition in process does not help that.
