Hi everyone! I have been lurking for a couple of days reading everything and decided to say hey! The Reader's Digest Version of my story: Met my man while I was on a mission trip with my pastor in Jamaica, working with the orphanages and building a house in Christiana. He pursued..I witheld...he pursued...HE WON!
We have decided to file for a K-1 Visa..but it is so overwhelming! I am so afraid of making a mistake and messing all of the paperwork up! ANY HELP IS GREATLY GREATLY GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!

Have a GREAT DAy and I am so excited to hear of all your success stories!!!

Welcome to VJ!!! kicking.gif

Before filling your K-1, I would recommend for you to read the guides (at the top of this page) , I followed them and didn't get an RFE and my 129F was approved without any problems good.gif

This site is very, very helpful, so you can find all the information you need, while waiting for your approval here with us... biggrin.gif

Good luck on your journey!

Thanks for all the welcomes guys!
Can anyone tell me about this: I have to get a joint sponsor b/c I just graduated college 2 years ago and my sister and brother-in-law volunteered...the problem is that I read just now that only ONE person can do it and not a couple..which is confusing for me because they file a tax return together and how is that separated?? anyway- does anyone know how much she would needed to have made to be my joint sponsor?

Thanks again!
