Ok, so neither the old option of pressing 6 or ext #3833 nor pressing 4 seems to work. I cannot get to anyone live and in person. Any ideas?

I usually found emailing was my best option. Nice to have a paperr copy as well to take to interview!!

I found emailing to be really hit and miss, sometimes they'd write back right away and sometimes they never would.

Nicodemus, are you calling between 2-4 Eastern time? I've heard they've changed their number since I was in Montreal, so I don't know if that's changed things drastically, but I never had a problem getting through but sometimes you have to wait a long time (especially on Monday's I found). I was on hold for an hour or more a few times.

Has anyone else tried calling? I actually got through to the operator and tried to tell them the automated service was having issues getting to the immigration visa representatives. Instead she refused to listen to me and would only transfer me, which means that I would need to be put on hold and wait in queue twice. Is anyone else having the same issues?
