Happy New Year Everyone!
Attached is an updated St. Lukes Medical guide taken from Sillygirl's experience on 9-2006. A couple of changes were made plus some more information included.
I dont have a website to post it in, so anyone who has, is welcome to post it for use by the majority.
This might be a good thing to start. Any updates can be done if there are any changes from those who will undergo the medical in the future.

Hi! Thanks for the updating the guide. But can you highlight the changes that you made so it will be easier to distinguish? Or better yet, leave the original intact and create a supplemental document so the updates/changes will be more clear.
If it will help, I can upload it for you and put it in the same website as the original document.
