I received Packet 4 yesterday. One of the documents required for the interview is original copy of OF-169. What is this? Isn't this just the instructions for immigrant visa application?

Form OF-169 is a consulate specific form that lists the documantation needed to be gathered by the benificiary for the interview.

Esentialy this page on the consulat's website is the OF-169.
