I haven't been in here for awhile, so forgive me if I'm repeating something already posted. I just filled out my I-751 and the one I had downloaded from here is no longer accepted. According to USCIS, you can only use the 8/06 version. The one on this site is 10/05.
Download form I-751 from USCIS. The VJ example form should be used as a guide, not a form to send in.

The two versions of the form appear to be identical except for differences in revision dates and incorrect spelling of the word, "ordinance" on the new form on number 7, Part 3 or am I missing something?

And the fee change and the elimination of the requirement to send passport photos.
