Guys,

Sent my wife's I-751 12/12/06 with $205 fee
they cashed my check 12/17/06
yesterday 12/28/06 received NOA1 with

Your conditional resident is extended for a period of one year................................

On the bottom of the letter says:

"“If you have not done so, provide supporting documents to assist USCIS in processing your petition and to establish eligibility to remove the conditional basis of your permanent residence. Please include a copy of this receipt notice with ant supporting documents you submit. Such evidence may include, but is not limited to, the following items:
Lease of joint tenancy
Joint mortgage agreement and/or property deed
Joint ownership of assets
Tax returns
Birth certificates of any child born from the marriage
Joint policies of life, medical, and /or car insurance “

Now my question is, Is that a normal NOA1 letter?
or they have already lost of my documents.

Please reply>>>>

the highlighted part tells me that they are just letting you know that if you haven't already submitted those documents, you still have a chance to do so... that is just my opinion though...

Yep, got the same letter awhile back. I had already sent in my supporting evidence, thus I didnt send anymore in. I got the Biometrics appt a bit later, but had to reschedule as I was going to be away. Cheers

Standard NOA-1. If you've sent everything you wanted to send, just ignore it. If you've thought of something new you didn't send or forgot to send, go ahead and send it.

That is a fast turnaround. May I ask what day they physically recieved your petition. 12/17 check cashing with a 12/28 NOA receipt is blazing fast. Even with the two holidays, we could see ours by the 2nd week of January as long as they don't reject it for sending $275.

BTW, the $275 was confirmed correct by the hotline.

Hi doctorvtec,

I mailed my form with $205 fee on Dec, 12th overnight and they received Dec, 13th at 2.00 pm.
I have also received my Biometric letter Dec 29th. I was surprised too. Hope everything goes well till the end.
